Lindab develops, manufactures, markets and distributes products and system solutions in sheet metal and steel for simplified construction and improved indoor climate.
The Ventilation Business Area offers system solutions for ventilation and indoor climate. The business area's product and system solutions are aimed at installers and other buyers within the ventilation industry. The product areas are circular duct systems and accessories, technical ventilation products and systems. In addition to this, ventilation also offers software for design, calculation and planning complete systems for ventilation and indoor climate.

Role Profile
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will provide leadership and Strategic direction to the Residential team
What we are looking for.
· Provide leadership and strategic direction to the domestic ventilation sales team
· Development and expansion of full portfolio of ventilation products within the Irish market.
· Development of Residential business in Ireland
· Act as the senior technical authority, relating to system design, installation challenges, and performance queries
· Experience in sales and marketing of new products.
· Ability to deliver CPD’s (Continued Professional Development) programs to Consulting Engineers, Housing Authorities and Architects.
· Develop and maintain good working relations with customers and suppliers
· To agree and implement goals and objectives on timelines with the Sales Director in line with company sales strategy
· Growth in specification-led sales and early-stage project engagement
· Liaise with Credit Control, Customer Service and Transport departments
· Keep up to date with market conditions and trends
· To undertake other duties /responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time
Candidate will possess
• A Full Clean Driving Licence
• Strong Technical and Commercial acumen
• Proven experience in management and development of sales teams
• Strong Background in field sales
• Strong drive and hunger for success / result driven
• Experience in technical sales to the Construction Industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good negotiation skills
• Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of selection programs
• A strong customer services focus with a professional manner
• Excellent Organisational skills
