Insulated semi-rigid round tube Ø75 / Ø90

Semi-rigid insulated tube made in Italy with antimicrobial , antibacterial and antistatic properties .

The pipe ( L=25 m) has an external insulation with closed -cell material , based on polyolefin , chemically cross-linked and expanded. It is available in the following models:

Semi-rigid insulated tube Ø75:

• Ø75 insulation thickness 3 mm (Flow rate at 3 m/s: 34 m 3 /h)

• Ø75 insulation thickness 6 mm (Flow rate at 3 m/s: 34 m 3 /h)

• Ø75 insulation thickness 10 mm (Flow rate at 3 m/s: 34 m 3 /h)

Semi-rigid insulated tube Ø90:

• Ø90 insulation thickness 3 mm (Flow rate at 3 m/s: 48 m 3 /h)

• Ø90 insulation thickness 6 mm (Flow rate at 3 m/s: 48 m 3 /h)

• Ø90 insulation thickness 10 mm (Flow rate at 3 m/s: 48 m 3 /h)

The pipe is ideal for coupling with the "AIRPIU' System" joints and for fitting onto the "GREY" collars.

Fixing the pipe to the AIRPIU' system joints and to the GREY collars (with which the AIRPIU' joints themselves are constructed) is possible using two solutions:

• Using the sealing ring (gasket, included in all GREY collars) and the PP anti-slip clip.

• Using only the sealing ring. The anti-slip function will, however, be ensured by the three "teeth" of the GREY collar.
