Sustainability Manager
Due to continued growth and expansion within Lindab Irelands offering of products to the construction industry, there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Manager to join the Lindab Team

Role Profile
Lindab Ireland is seeking a passionate and experienced sustainability manager to drive and develop our sustainability strategy. This role is integral to advancing our commitment to sustainability, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting sustainable practices across all functions. Sustainability reporting is key to ensure development and continued business success. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Lindab’s reputation as a leader in environmentally responsible ventilation solutions. This position will be based at our Dublin head office and person will report to the Technical Office manager.
The main focus of the role is to report to the partner in charge with Lindab Irelands progress and input.
Key Responsibilities
· Being the primary point of contact for Lindab Irelands group of companies in all matters of sustainability.
· Lead our route towards carbon reduction.
· Keeping up to date with Lindab International AB Sustainability Specialists of West Europe.
· Meet with consulting engineers and architects to increase awareness of our carbon efficient offerings & EPDs within the industry.
· Updating Lindab Group reports according to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
· Converse with suppliers to bring them to an expected sustainable level within the group.
· Help with introduction of new product ranges to greater diversify our portfolio.
· Create and operate CPDs.
· Keep up to date with market requirements and market trends.
· To agree and implement goals and objectives with timelines with the Lindab International company strategy.
· Update & Manage EPD database
· To undertake other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
· Effectively manage own area of responsibility.
Candidate will possess
· Experience and knowledge of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry qualified to a minimum bachelor’s degree level or postgraduate level qualification. (Environmental Science/Sustainability/Engineering or related field).
· Self-motivation, ambition, drive, and thirst to succeed.
· In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks and best practices.
· Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset.
· Be outgoing, positive and environmentally minded.
· Have an excellent technical and commercial aptitude.
· Be a strong communicator and have strong IT skills in order to use Lindab online tools and databases.
· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
· Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
· Passionate about sustainability and committed to driving positive environmental change.
